Are you drunk at work?

Apparently there is a drinking problem in Britain. Media people coming to work drunk or hungover doesn't really alarm me - that probably accounts for some of the better commercial jingles. But construction workers? Let's just say I won't be so cavalier about walking through construction areas in the future.
